Return Policy

At Nolhill, every piece is made to be loved. If something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order arrives.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, and free of odors. Given the nature of our Pima cotton baby clothing, items must have their original tags attached, be free from stains or signs of wear, and be returned in their original Nolhill packaging (tissue paper and branded box included where applicable). You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Sign in to your account at account.nolhill.com and access your order history. Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions provided. If you checked out as a guest, email us at returns@nolhill.com with your order number and our team will take care of you. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions by email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the right item is to initiate a return for the piece you have, and once accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at support@nolhill.com.
